Hedberg Conference Room

The Hedberg Room, located just off the lobby, offers a bright and spacious setting for meetings and events. The room includes eight conference tables and 60 chairs, comfortably seating 40 guests. With natural light, museum artifact displays, and convenient countertops, it provides a unique and functional space. Additionally, three projectors are available for use. Half-room rentals with our built-in room divider are available.

Exhibit Hall Rental

Ideal for birthdays, holiday parties, retreats, and more, our unique exhibit space will create an unforgettable experience for your guests. The theater area features audio and visual equipment and can be arranged with tables or traditional theater seating. Guests can explore engaging exhibits and learn about the history of communication. Exhibit Hall rentals include access to the Hedberg Conference Room, with the Museum closed for the duration of your event.

Maximum capacity: 200 people, 100 with tables

All rental pricing includes:

0-8 hours of rental time
Audio-visual equipment
Museum admission for guests
Set up and tear down of Museum tables and chairs (upon request)
