The Broadcast Experience
“Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. You are listening to the crystal clear sounds of KPAV!”
Designed for students in grades 3 through 6, the Broadcast Experience teaches the history and science of electronic communication. Students will also create a live radio broadcast and compete against each other in a TV-style game show. The Broadcast Experience allows students to have fun while learning about history, science, and technology, and it often leaves them eager to return to the Pavek Museum soon.
To schedule the Broadcast Experience, please contact the Education Manager by email or by phone at 952-926-8198.
The Electromagnetism Experience
In the Electromagnetism Experience, students in grade 3 through 6 explore the fundamentals of electromagnetism, the force that powers our modern world. Through a series of hands-on experiments, students learn about the relationship between electricity and magnetism. The experience ends with a scavenger hunt in the museum.
