Mick Anselmo
Mick Anselmo has had a profound influence on what Minnesotans hear on the radio over the course of his career. After a successful start at KAAL-TV in Austin, Minnesota, he came to Minneapolis in 1984 as an Account Executive at KEEY-FM/KLBB-AM, and by 1993 he had been promoted to Regional Vice-President of their owner entity overseeing Los Angeles and San Francisco from Minneapolis. He became Regional Vice-President of Clear Channel Communications in 2001, overseeing nine markets with 48 stations. In 2008 he became Senior Vice-President and Minneapolis Market Manager of CBS Radio, taking the reins of legendary WCCO-AM, WLTE-FM, and KZJK-FM. Mick has served many community board positions including the YMCA, Minneapolis Downtown Council, Federated Challenge, Minnesota Family, and Veteran’s Tribute. Mick is passionate about radio, innovation, hiring great people, and doing great community work.
